Post Sale Pickup
It is very important that you come to pick up any unsold items that aren't being donated if you want them back.

Pick up appointments are recommended if you would like to retrieve your unsold items. You can schedule an appointment when you are logged in to the tagging system. The appointments are in 15-minute increments. This does NOT mean that you are expected to collect all of your items within that time frame. As long as you arrive and check in during your 15-minute window, you will be able to stay as long as you need to (within our scheduled limits) to complete your pick up. Therefore, if you anticipate needing a lot of time, please select an early appointment. If you prefer not to make, or are unable to keep, a pick-up appointment, open pick-up is available from 3:30 –9:00 pm. Please keep in mind that all consignors must leave the building by 9:00pm, so be sure to schedule an appointment if you anticipate needing longer than thirty minutes to retrieve your items. Any items not picked up during our scheduled pick-up window become the property of My Child's Closet. We do not have the storage space to hold items for later pick-up.

PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! In order to make pickup smooth for you, our consignors, we need time to sort your items. This becomes more difficult if people arrive early. We will ask that everyone remain outside until your pick-up window opens. We will also ask you to check in before picking up your items and check out before leaving. Remember, any items not picked up during our pick-up window become property of My Child's Closet.

We will attempt to sort clothing on the rack. This way, you'll only need to check the racks that are relevant to you.

Donations
All items marked "D" and/or not picked up during our scheduled item pick-up times become the property of My Child's Closet. These items will be immediately donated to Door of Hope.

Checks
 You'll receive 60% of your sales (65% if you consign and volunteer) with a $10 consignor fee deducted from your check. Your total will be calculated after the sale, and your check will be mailed to you as quickly as possible. You can now go online to see how much you sold and estimate the amount of your check! Simply log in to the tagging system to view your sold items. Please note that a current signed Consignor Agreement must be on file before your check will be issued.
